Easter activities for children at St Paul’s Cathedral
Interactive guided trails, craft workshops and self-guided trails. This Easter, visitors with children can enjoy an interactive guided trail around St Paul’s and discover more about the Easter story. There will be drama and stories along the way and the grand finale is an Easter-themed craft workshop.
The guided trail and workshop sessions take place from Monday 11th to Thursday 14th April at 2pm and on Friday 15th April at 11am. Each session lasts 1 hour 45 minutes and costs £3 per child (adults free). Pre-booking is essential. To book email janet@stpaulscathedral.org.uk or call 0207 246 8353.
During the Easter holidays, families will also be able to follow a self-guided Easter trail. This trail leads visitors on a journey through the cathedral and helps them discover more about Easter and St Paul’s. There are two trails; one designed for children aged over 8 and another suitable for those under 8. Visitors can download the trails from www.stpauls.co.uk/easter
Janet Marshall, Head of Schools and Families Department at St Paul’s Cathedral said: “These Easter activities are an imaginative and exciting way for families to not only discover St Paul’s Cathedral but also to learn more about the Easter story.”
As well as the programme of family activities, St Paul’s will be holding a full range of worship throughout Easter. Visit www.stpauls.co.uk for more information.
