EASTER HOLIDAY HEALTH TONIC AT LA MANGA CLUB

 Women looking to lose pounds and tone up are being offered the perfect tonic and surroundings with a new Love Life programme operating at La Manga Club this Easter. The five-star Spanish resort has teamed up with Adventure Fitness, founded by double Olympic champion Daley Thompson and former athlete Kate Staples – also known as TV Gladiator Zodiac – to provide a holiday transformation programme for in-house guests.

 The one-hour fun sessions will run from Monday, April 18, until Friday, April 22, at the start of the day, allowing mum to escape from the kids for an energising session before returning to relax with the family amid La Manga Club’s extensive leisure facilities.

 The holiday health tonic will cover strength training, core stability, short distance running and hiking. Staples will be on-hand to lead the sessions, along with British record pole-vaulter Nick Buckfield.Sessions will cost €30 per day but guests at the five-star hotel and four-star Las Lomas Village can book all five sessions for just €90. La Manga Club is also laying on plentiful attractions for all ages this Easter, including an improved range of family Funlandia activities and some fantastic packages, including free nights.

 A family of four can enjoy seven nights’ bed and breakfast in two adjoining rooms in the five-star Hotel La Manga Club Principe Felipe from just €1,882.The offer includes one free night, an extended discount of 40 per cent for children occupying their own room and two free activities – a choice of golf, selected spa treatments or junior club sessions – per adult.
