The Bakewell Baking Festival will take place 14-16th August at Bakewell Showground. The festival features a whole host of your favourite baking stars including Edd Kimber and Fabulous Baker Brother, Tom Herbert.

Yang Sing Master wok chef, Harry Yeung MBE, dubbed one of the best Cantonese chefs outside of China, has created a new afternoon tea menu at his Yang Sing restaurant, which has been a Manchester landmark for almost four decades. Harry’s menu is inspired by China’s rich heritage and the ability to recreate an authentic Cantonese tea ritual within a Western setting.  Yang Sing’s Afternoon Tea costs £17.50 per person.



Chocolate work can now be enjoyed by guests and visitors at the 4-star waterside Dart Maria Hotel & Spa in Dartmouth, Devon. From delicate sandwiches decorated with colourful micro herbs, freshly baked plain and fruit scones and sweet pastries to fresh fruit and chef’s handmade chocolates.
